The Subdivision of Rogers Ranch in Laveen, Arizona is a beautiful neighborhood, with Cesar Chavez High School and Cheatham Elementary School within a couple minutes walk from the Rogers Ranch subdivision.  The Alvord Park is located right next to and behind the Cesar Chavez High School.  There are several Churches very close to Rogers Ranch as well.  Grocery stores are at the 51st Ave and Baseline Rd cross street, along with restaurants with bars.  If you are looking for a restaurant close by, but offers something a bit different, look at some of my favorites.

Looking to go to a Diamond Backs or the Phoenix Suns game?  Downtown Phoenix is only a 25 minute drive from Rogers Ranch.  If you are looking to go for a hike, bike, or horse back a trail, there are plenty on the beautiful South Mountain Park.  The beautiful Aquila Golf Course is open to the public and located within 2 miles of Rogers Ranch for the golfer.
