Carlie Back grew up in western New York and attended Arizona State University. She received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the College of Business at ASU.

After graduating, Carlie gained extensive sales experience working for several large corporations, including Motorola, Alltel, Bank of America, Browning Ferris, Paychecks, A.D.P.

After earning her Arizona Real Estate License in 1995, Carlie became immersed in the Industry. She’s an active member of the National Association of Realtors, The Phoenix Association of Realtors, and has earned several professional designations, including Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Distressed Property Specialist (CDPS). Carlie Back is an extremely learning based individual and continues to attend ongoing high-level training, coaching and masterminding.

Residing in South Mountain Village since 1983, Carlie is passionate about this area. She believes that South Mountain Village and Laveen are one of the Valley’s best-kept secrets. The wonderful people, beauty of South Mountain Park/Preserve, rich history, Japanese flower gardens, citrus groves, spectacular views and proximity to downtown Phoenix were just some of the features that attracted her to the area she now specializes in.
